Yo Gotti Cooking Up New 'live From The Kitchen'

Rapper Yo Gotti is preparing to release his new CD, Live From the Kitchen. The set features his collaboration, "Save Da Trap," with fellow Southern rappers Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane. He says he considers the three of them to be true representatives of the street music that gave them their start.

"I feel like it's our job, between me and Jeezy and Gucci -- I feel that's who the streets look at as far as trap music," Gotti told MTV.com. "We gotta save the trap -- the streets want us here. We still can do what we wanna do, make any kinda music we want to do -- but we gotta keep representing the trap for the trap, 'cause that's what's made us."

Live From the Kitchen is due later this year.
